Job Description

The position of AVP - Investor Services Technology Outsourcing Enablement Manager is a critical role within the Investor Services Technology team in Singapore.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and Cross Border Data Clearance across Asia Pacific.

The role involves obtaining outsourcing approvals for Asia Pacific Investor Services Technology initiatives and ensuring Citi's compliance with all in-country regulatory requirements and policies related to outsourcing.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting annual due diligence on approved outsourcing proposals, as well as centralized monitoring and tracking.

This requires working closely with various teams, including Technology, Product Management, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Information Security, Cross Border Data Clearance, Country outsourcing, and Procurement.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas integrate to contribute towards achieving outsourcing approvals.
