Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Office Facilities Coordinator to join our team As an Office Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the planned preventive maintenance schedule, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in facilities services, managing general office tasks, and handling quarterly and yearly renewals of essential building permits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the planned preventive maintenance schedule to ensure seamless operations.
  • Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in facilities services, contributing to the company's bottom line.
  • Manage general office tasks, including annual cleaning services, to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle quarterly and yearly renewals of essential building permits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for office facilities and maintenance needs, overseeing office renovation projects to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of facilities management documentation and records, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate Fire safety exercise in partnership with Building Management to ensure workplace safety.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of administrative working experience, preferably in facilities management.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
