Lead Subsea Commercial Development

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies in line with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and coordinate proposals, bids, and tender submissions for offshore subsea and diving-related projects.
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts under guidance from the Commercial Director.
  • Monitor contract compliance, cost control, and profitability across awarded projects.
  • Develop pricing models and financial analysis to support commercial decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within offshore subsea construction, underwater contracting, or SURF/subsea operations.
  • Experience in preparing tender packages, managing client accounts, and supporting contract negotiations.
