Operations Lead

About the Role

This role involves overseeing and optimizing all aspects of subsea operations, including project planning, execution, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, extensive knowledge of subsea operations, and experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans for subsea projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. They will also oversee the execution of subsea operations, including vessel operations, HAUV operations, and other subsea activities.

The Operations Lead will coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They will also manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and vessels, to support subsea operations.
