Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Education Executive to join our team in Travel Retail South East Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury beauty sales and education.

About the Role

The Sales and Education Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, educating our brand ambassadors, and ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and meet our brand standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with our brand ambassadors and store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in travel retail channels.
  • Educate and train our brand ambassadors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with our visual merchandising team to ensure that our store displays are visually appealing and meet our brand standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to our brand ambassadors to improve their sales performance.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in the travel retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
