Business Development Manager Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Partnerships professional to drive growth in the global market. Your focus will be on identifying, negotiating and executing strategic partnerships at a global scale across key verticals to boost ticketing sales.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional persuasion skills and have a deep understanding of commercial partnerships in relevant industries. You should also be adept at negotiating sound partnership deals and demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the onboarding of new global partnerships across key verticals, such as FSC and LCC Airlines, Wholesalers, and online traffic partners like OTAs and TMCs, with the aim of increasing ticketing sales.
- Developing and executing your own strategic approach aligned with team goals and KPIs.
- Managing key accounts and optimizing campaigns to drive business growth and achieve performance targets.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to create demand-driven products that can scale effectively.
- Identifying competitive threats in the market and recommending appropriate strategic responses.
- Building, maintaining, and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with partners to support sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience working within a multi-national company environment is preferred.
- Solid understanding of air-ticketing distribution systems.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently; detail-oriented and highly persuasive.
- Strong business acumen and proven leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A well-established network across key verticals, with a demonstrated track record of success in business development and marketing partnerships.
