Job Overview

We are seeking an administrative support professional to join our team at ISOTeam Ltd. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional assistance to our department or company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and document filing
  • Carry out administrative duties such as copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems
  • Provide basic administrative support to respective departments

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing reports and documents as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Safety Expectations:

  • Adhere to safety procedures, rules, and regulations to minimize hazards at the workplace

Requirements:

Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

  • GCE 'O' level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience may be considered

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Willingness to learn, maintain a neat and tidy work environment
  • Positive attitude, good working habits, and ability to work independently
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with effective time management skills

Experience:

  • Prior administrative work experience is an asset
