Job Overview
We are seeking an administrative support professional to join our team at ISOTeam Ltd. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional assistance to our department or company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and document filing
- Carry out administrative duties such as copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems
- Provide basic administrative support to respective departments
General Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing reports and documents as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Safety Expectations:
- Adhere to safety procedures, rules, and regulations to minimize hazards at the workplace
Requirements:
Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- GCE 'O' level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Willingness to learn, maintain a neat and tidy work environment
- Positive attitude, good working habits, and ability to work independently
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with effective time management skills
Experience:
- Prior administrative work experience is an asset
