The role of Property Division Head is a senior leadership position that requires an experienced professional with a strong track record in property management and leadership.

As the head of the property division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of the property portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to the property team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Ensure consistent high standards of performance from all management team members, promoting good teamwork, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders, including the Board of Management, to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
  • Business Development: Develop and review the business development division's strategy to determine whether the company is meeting its short- and long-term objectives.
  • Investment Returns: Maximize the investment returns of the properties owned by the company.
  • Property Enhancements: Study and initiate property enhancements – structuring, establishing, and managing real estate investment platforms.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 20 years of property experience in Singapore.
  • Experience in leading property projects related to residential developments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
