Senior Property Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including monitoring expenditure, evaluating quotations and tenders for work, and addressing any operational or administrative issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and term contractors assigned to properties, handling contract renewals and upkeep of contractual records, and preparing monthly management reports. Additionally, the Senior Property Manager must ensure compliance with divisional policies and ISO procedures at all times.

In this role, you will be required to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills in guiding sub-team members to achieve corporate objectives. This includes handling multiple projects, working closely with stakeholders, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a Degree or Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in managing strata-titled properties or property management environment.
