Property Asset Manager

About the Job:

This senior role involves leading a team responsible for maximizing value of properties through asset positioning and increasing Net Property Income. The successful candidate will oversee all asset-related matters, including negotiation and execution of leases, property tax, credit control, etc.

  • Maximize value of properties through formulation, development, and implementation of strategies for asset positioning and increasing Net Property Income.
  • Oversee all asset-related matters such as negotiation and execution of leases, head lease renewal, property tax, credit control, etc.
  • Engage with authorities on regulatory issues such as tenant requirements, change of use applications, and land betterment charge.
  • Involve in customer relationship management such as maintaining tenant contact with major tenants, working through solutions to meet requests.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess a Degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. Familiarity with real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset management is essential.
