Senior Executive / Property Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Executive to oversee the management of our properties. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

  • Assume responsibility for handling premises, including tenant liaison and maintenance coordination.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for our properties.
  • Supervise contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works.
  • Maintain high standards of security and cleanliness within our buildings.
  • Manage and respond to customer complaints and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with our partners and tenants.
  • PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPANY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM.
  • Oversee site project works and manage the day-to-day operations of our business centre.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and coordinating the activities of our property managers.
  2. Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repair work.
  3. Ensuring the overall quality and safety of our properties.
  4. Managing customer relations and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Providing administrative support as required.
