Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of Property Executives and administrative staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client engagement, networking, and the promotion of services.
  • Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of managed properties, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Maintain regular liaison with building owners and Council Members to ensure satisfaction with property management performance.
  • Conduct tenant and client satisfaction surveys to evaluate and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of property management experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in MCST management and a strong working knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
