Division Leadership Role

The Division is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the philosophy and strategic planning of our organization.

  • Develop up-to-date and sustainable philosophy and strategy in terms of case intervention, programmes and operations (together with senior leaders).
  • Respond to emerging youth trends in the offending setting and changes in the justice system in order to better meet the objectives of rehabilitation.
  • Develop key channels of communication of values and belief to staff, residents and stakeholders.

This role will also be responsible for:

  • Financial reporting and administrative oversight.
  • Staff management and development.
  • Governance.
  • Networking and liaison with external agencies.
  • Attaining the Division goals and ensuring they are aligned with our organizational strategic plans.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Division.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A degree in Social Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles.
  • Good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions, social policies and community engagement.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for our organization's mission and ability to inspire others.
