Job Title: Learning and Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Executive will be responsible for managing departmental systems and applications, providing administrative support to the Learning & Development department, and designing, developing, and implementing organizational effectiveness classes, instructor-led and online programs, and learning development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct job analysis, career path, and consultation with function heads to identify and assess training needs of the organization.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and create individualized and group training programs/curriculum that address specific business needs to meet organization goals and improve performance.
  • Deliver timely and effective trainings based on annual training plans and review progress regularly.
  • Organize and conduct company induction programs for new hires.
  • Perform training administration and maintain training records, including tracking attendance, training completion, and training evaluation feedback.
  • Administer training grant applications and claims in a timely manner.
  • Keep track of mandatory training and refresher courses.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Learning & Development or Training are a plus.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to engage and inspire employees through effective training methods.
  • Passion for Learning & Development and commitment to employee growth.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptable and open to continuous learning.
