Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that meet the needs of our officers
  • Design and deliver training interventions that drive business results
  • Manage learning and development systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to execute initiatives
  • Drive business analytics to analyze and dashboard learning trends
  • Plan and execute internal communications and engagement campaigns
  • Drive business transformation of processes and systems
  • Manage training policies and training funds
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in learning and development
  • Prior experience in data analytics and trending analysis
  • Excellent communications, people, and event management skills
  • Good analytical and project management skills
  • Strong interest in progressive practices and trends
  • Comfortable in public speaking and facilitating group discussions
  • Proactive, innovative, meticulous, resourceful, empathetic, and resilient
