Associate Operations Coordinator

The position of Associate Admin is a critical role in our organization, playing a key part in managing delivery orders and customer service to ensure timely and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process delivery order data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with operations teams and customers to guarantee timely and correct deliveries.
- Compile packing lists, input and merge data using Excel, and export final data into the ERP system.
- Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly delivery orders and summary reports for customers.
- Oversee linen handling, replenishment, delivery, and update records of linen movement.
- Support operational activities, including those within challenging environments such as prisons.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
- Minimum N Level / Nitec qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in production line or related roles.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong team player with resourcefulness and the ability to work independently.
- Able to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
