">This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Operations environment as an Associate responsible for managing daily activities, from exterior maintenance to internal quality control and inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations of the facility through daily duties.
- Implement and maintain Company's Rules & Regulations, as well as ensure compliance to government regulations.
- Provide assistance on requests/queries from tenants, customers & cleaners.
- Conduct routine outlet checks for hygiene and inventory.
- Assist in virtual food delivery orders from various tenants for collection.
- Maintain high standards of outlet aesthetics and staff grooming.
- Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers.
- Propose and implement innovative operational processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree Certificate in Food and Beverage or related field.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work 6 days on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Well-groomed with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a team player who thrives in teamwork and customer interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Handle cash counts and audits.
- Flexible with cross-deployment of outlets.
