Job Description

The Operational Excellence Associate plays a pivotal role in driving business improvement initiatives and enhancing operational effectiveness. This dynamic professional will identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes to optimize business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Review existing business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and propose solutions for streamlining workflows.
  • Data Analysis & Strategic Planning Support: Provide regular updates on inventory and sales reports to support management's analysis and strategy planning.
  • Resource Management & Compliance: Manage company resources, including assets, consumables, and SaaS credential management.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Maintain HR documentation, ensuring data compliance and timely issuance of employee correspondences.
  • Operational Coordination & Support: Plan and coordinate stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will have an advantage.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; open and adaptable to new digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external partners.
