Job Title: Service Excellence Associate

Job Description:

As a Service Excellence Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and resources are set up, dismantled, stored, maintained, handled, and used according to our established standards.

  • Set up and dismantle all products and resources required for STW, maintaining the highest level of tidiness and cleanliness throughout.
  • Receive, report, and provide feedback on products and services to enhance our offerings.
  • Participate in hotel events and regular communication sessions, including STW briefings and hosts events.
  • Complete STW initiatives to drive business growth and exceed targets.
  • Contribute to building a productive working environment and a strong team culture.
