This role is responsible for managing payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration for our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, and statutory reporting.
  • Prepare and handle statutory submissions, including CPF and IR8A.
  • Track attendance records and manual attendance records for payment computation.
  • Maintain employee records and leave administration within the HR system.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and Compensation & Benefit functions with hands-on payroll experience.
  • Proficient in using HRMS (Prosoft) and Microsoft Office applications.
