The Singapore Operations team is responsible for overseeing, shaping, and growing the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute to Grab's vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore.

Get to know the Role

This partnership role sits within the Strategy & Partnership functional team. The Partnerships team is responsible for planning, negotiating, and closing high-impact deals and partnerships across all business lines in Singapore.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Identify business opportunities with key partners and add to the pipeline of future partners.
  • Support end-to-end deal management, including commercial negotiations and project execution.
  • Ensure relationship management with partners and support the Manager in maintaining key relationships at mid-to-senior levels of large corporate institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
  • Track success metrics of the partnership and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.

The Must-Haves

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills.
