Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Supply Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the gas supply chain, developing plans to meet downstream demand, and coordinating with upstream suppliers and terminal operators.

You will support the commercial team in structuring deals and evaluating their economics, as well as participate in portfolio optimization projects to develop and manage long-term and short-term gas supply positions.

A key part of this role is to serve as a point of contact for scheduling and delivery issues, resolving them quickly and efficiently.

Additionally, you will prepare internal reports on supply-demand variances, inventory positions, and contract utilization for management review.

Responsibilities
  • Develop supply plans to meet downstream demand position and manage LNG inventory
  • Coordinate daily and weekly gas supply plans, including nominations with upstream suppliers, SLNG terminal, and pipeline operators
  • Support Commercial team in structuring long term and short term downstream deals and perform deal economics evaluation
  • Support Short-Term Portfolio Optimization and Long-Term Portfolio Origination teams to develop and manage long term and short-term gas supply positions
  • Serves as a point of contact with the Commercial teams to resolve scheduling or delivery issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of gas supply chains and terminal/pipeline operations
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for deal structuring, optimization of supply and reporting and monitoring activities
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional and external coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in LNG/Gas operations, energy supply coordination
