**Company Overview**:
Our client, a European Based MNC is looking to hire a Senior Logistics Manager, supporting the logistics operations across APAC.

**Role Overview**:
Lead and strategize the logistics operations across the Asia Pacific region, overseeing critical functions such as inbound freight, import clearance, warehousing, local logistics, and value-added services. You will be responsible to drive exceptional performance in cost efficiency, shrinkage reduction, On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety and act as the pivotal Single Point of Contact during significant global logistics disruptions. Collaborate closely with APAC Supply Chain teams to drive unparalleled operational excellence, optimize processes, and foster profitable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics transformation strategy to enhance efficiency, agility, and scalability across the organization in alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and implement comprehensive APAC Logistics governance, framework, organizational capabilities, customer-centric culture, and KPIs at both regional and country levels.
- Champion continuous improvement in APAC Logistics by leveraging industry best practices, standards, and cutting-edge digital tools.
- Assume accountability for managing inbound freight, import clearance, exports, warehousing, value-added services, and local logistics to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive the achievement of aggressive targets in cost management, OTIF performance, lead-time reduction, and exceptional customer satisfaction through meticulous process management and metrics implementation.
- Provide incisive risk assessments and proactive opportunities to Business Unit leadership to drive strategic planning and decision-making.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 12 years of experience in logistics management, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful results in an APAC capacity.
- Strong blend of strategic and executional experience - Proven ability to conceptualize and implement innovative logistics strategies and initiatives that drive significant business impact.
- Proven track record in change management and driving effective organizational transformation
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate and influence within a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical prowess and a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to succinctly present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced environment, adept at managing ambiguity and driving clarity to achieve ambitious business goals.Prior experience within a manufacturing, distribution, chemical or oil & gas industry is highly advantageous.
