Senior Gas and LNG Consultant
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead our gas and LNG projects in the Asia Pacific region. As a Senior Gas and LNG Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex consulting assignments and business development efforts.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute detailed project plans with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work to clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with key client stakeholders during project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Mentor and train junior consultants to build their skills and knowledge in the gas and LNG sector.
- Identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with clients to translate open-ended inquiries into formal project proposals.
- Demonstrate expertise in the gas and LNG market, providing insightful analysis and guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, statistics, or engineering; master's and/or MBA preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in energy-focused consulting roles or strategic/commercial industry roles related to gas and LNG.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in managing key project workflows and overall coordination of projects in a Project Manager role.
- Strong understanding of the gas/LNG value chain, including exploration, development, production, transportation, transformation, and commercialization.
- Excellent presentation skills, including presenting strategic insights to senior management.
