Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team.

  • Drive business growth through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising skills.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to consistently deliver company standards.
  • Lead in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of store operations, including events and sales networking activities.
  • Manage store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure accurate merchandise display and physical inventory management.
  • Identify and implement daily workflow efficiency improvements within the local team, sharing best practices with peers and management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in retail or industry sales, with proven track records of meeting or exceeding targets and goals. 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Excellent business development ability and negotiation skills.
  • Logical thinker, sensitive to facts and sales data, with strong analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage team members, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
