Supermama Store Pte Ltd is the appointed retail partner for National Museum of Singapore (NMS) and Asian Civilisations Museum of Singapore (ACM). Located at the museum(s), the vibrant and welcoming retail environment provides employees with a refreshing retail experience and exposure.

This position reports to the Retail Store Manager and interfaces with the Design team to provide retail and product feedback for the purpose of designing in-house products.

**Roles & Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Employee orientation and training logistics and recordkeeping

2. Customer service and operations / logistics in a retail outlet

3. Managing part-time retail employees and provide direct support to them

4. Conducting of in-store hands-on workshop facilitation for customers

**Educational Qualifications**

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates and Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
