Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to lead our retail store team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take charge of daily operations, manage employee schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Securing merchandise through effective security measures
  • Providing a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers
  • Maintaining store reputation by complying with legal requirements
  • Improving staff knowledge through training programs and cross-training methods
  • Managing controllable costs to maintain profitability
  • Managing stock levels and making informed inventory control decisions
  • Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales, and interpreting trends
  • Ensuring quality standards, customer service, and health and safety protocols are met
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments
  • Organizing promotions, displays, and events to enhance customer experience
  • Keeping colleagues informed about business performance, new initiatives, and other important matters
  • Staying aware of market trends in the retail industry and local competitors' activities
