We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, focusing on various tasks and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of integrity and responsibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude with a proactive approach.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as timesheet management, work pass matters, and stationery issuance.
- HR System Administration: Assisting with HR system administration, including applications, renewals, and issuances.
- Employee Engagement: Providing support for performance appraisals, employee engagement initiatives, training and development activities, and managing HR administration.
- Talent Acquisition: Supporting internal policies, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of integrity and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365.
- IHRP certification is advantageous.
