Frontline Support Staff

This role requires an individual to represent clinics as a front-line support staff, handling patient registration and scheduling appointments.

  • Schedule Appointments: Ensure patients are booked for their scheduled timeslots effectively managing clinic operations.
  • Patient Registration: Efficiently handle patient registration, capturing accurate information and ensuring seamless check-in experiences.
  • Crowd Control: Maintain order in waiting areas, providing a comfortable experience for patients.
  • Digital Services Promotion: Promote the use of self-service kiosks and digital services to enhance patient engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. They must also be comfortable working varied shifts, including early mornings and evenings, to meet the needs of the clinic.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position will be 5.5 days a week, with a maximum of 44 hours per week. The schedule may include early morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed during the interview process.
