Frontline Healthcare Support Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Frontline Healthcare Support staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, handling patient registration, scheduling appointments, and promoting digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline support staff providing assistance to patients on the use of digital services
  • Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
  • Assist and guide patients on the use of digital services
  • Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O/Nitec/Higher Nitec/ A level qualification
  • No experience required, job training will be provided
