Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our healthcare team as a frontline professional. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care to the communities we serve.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess relevant healthcare-related qualifications or experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline service to patients, answering phone calls and enquiries
  • Perform front desk duties, including registering patients, triaging, packing, and dispensing medications
  • Assist doctors in performing their duties with patients
  • Perform simple procedures on patients, such as ECG and nebulisation
  • Contribute to stock management and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Interest in healthcare and patient care
  • Flexibility to work weekends and Public Holidays
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shift hours and locations
  • Preferably conversant in Mandarin and/or Dialect for patient communication
