Job Title: Frontline Healthcare Support Staff

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Frontline Healthcare Support Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the clinic as a front-line support staff
  • Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
  • Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
  • Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
