Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Frontline Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing frontline services to patients, including registering patients, scheduling appointments, and following up on treatment and vaccination.

You will also be required to explain medical and health screen packages to patients, educate them on medication and procedures, and perform administrative duties such as handling billing transactions, payment, and insurance claim submissions.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing clinic inventory, replenishing medicines and consumable items, preparing drugs, and dispensing medicines. You will also ensure the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities and establish good rapport with patients and corporate clients.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level, NITEC in any discipline/Diploma in Nursing or relevant healthcare certification or equivalent with min 2 years of working experience in healthcare / GP clinic set up
  • Nurse practising certificate preferred
  • Working experience with clinic management software such as SGiMED / Plato Medical
  • Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit & manage clinic working hours on weekdays & weekends
Benefits:

Monday: 8:30am - 12:30 pm / 2pm -5pm / 6pm - 9pm

Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 1pm / 6pm – 9pm

Saturday & Sunday: 6pm -9pm

Leaves/ OT / PH pay as per MOM

Work Location: Hougang
