About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Manager to join our team at Lufthansa German Airlines (Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft). Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Development: Identify and define organizational development measures and training requirements for the Asia Pacific region, including initiation of necessary reorganization measures.
  • Leadership Excellence: Foster leadership excellence throughout the organization, aligned with Lufthansa Group's Leadership Competency Framework (Leadership Next Level), through development measures, programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Employee Engagement: Ensure employee engagement and satisfaction, as well as a positive work culture, for the Commercial Sales Organisation (AG) in Asia Pacific, by supporting leadership and deriving measures in collaboration with other departments.
  • Learning and Development: Ensure learning and development needs are met for the AG in Asia Pacific, through participation in global initiatives or conceptualization/development of regional measures.
  • Talent Management: Support hiring managers in recruiting senior executive and leadership positions, and develop and conceive learning concepts in the commercial area, taking into account changed framework conditions and current process changes.
  • Change Management: Conceive, introduce, and implement professional change management and control of transformation processes for Lufthansa Group in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Internal Communication: Establish and further develop internal communication platforms for the Asia Pacific region, using social and modern media tools.
  • Representation and Collaboration: Represent AG interests and actively participate in HR projects and talent initiatives, such as Involve me, Globalists, and Future Fit.
  • Talent Promotion and Knowledge Exchange: Promote talents and internal knowledge exchange, as well as task force and skills management for projects.
  • Culture Development and Promotion: Consult, conceive, and moderate large group formats or workshops for culture development and promotion of cooperation.
  • New Ways of Working: Design, implement, and execute new ways of working, transparent collaboration, agile working methods, and performance management culture.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, talent management, and organizational development.
