Job Title: Returns Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our return process efficiently. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely handling of returns, warranty claims, and defective product replacements.
Job Summary:The Returns Management Specialist is responsible for processing and managing RMA requests for defective or returned products. This role involves coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve product issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and Manage RMA Requests: Receive, review, and process RMA requests from customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers: Work with vendors and suppliers to resolve product issues, negotiate returns, and arrange replacements.
- Maintain RMA Records: Track and maintain accurate records of RMA requests, approvals, shipments, and replacements.
- Communicate with Customers: Ensure timely communication with customers regarding RMA status, resolution, and any additional information required.
- Generate Reports and Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards on RMA trends, volumes, and resolutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Degree or Diploma: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in RMA, warranty processing, or inventory/operations support.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
