Job Title: Returns Operations Manager
Job DescriptionA Returns Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire returns process, from receiving returns to ensuring they are properly processed and dispatched.
This includes managing daily workflows, manpower deployment, and helping identify daily issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily workflow and manpower deployment to ensure targets are met.
- Working to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Supervising and motivating a team.
- Training staff to ensure competency.
- Tracking performance, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Communicating effectively with team members, other departments, and potentially external partners.
- Conducting investigations to provide proper judgment for returned items.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations.
- Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities.
- Independent and able to cope with pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
