Returns Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Product Returns Coordinator to manage the efficient handling of product returns.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely resolution of returns and warranty claims.
- Process and coordinate RMA requests for defective or returned products.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve product issues and facilitate replacement or refund as necessary.
- Track and maintain accurate records of RMA transactions, including approvals, shipments, and replacements.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding RMA status and provide updates on any changes.
- Generate reports and analytics on RMA trends, volumes, and resolutions to inform business decisions.
Certificate / Higher Diploma / NITEC in any discipline is required.
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Inventory Management is required.
Data Entry and Administration is required.
