RMA Product Specialist

Job Description:

The RMA Product Specialist will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve product issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and manage RMA requests for defective or returned products.
  2. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve product issues.
  3. Track and maintain RMA records, including approvals, shipments, and replacements.
  4. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding RMA status.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in RMA, warranty processing or inventory/operations support.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
