DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Conduct quality checks for returns and refunds parcels
- Execute accurate judgement on seller / buyer disputes
- Make decisions on disposal methods for return parcels depending on the types of parcels
- Research on streamlining the outbound operations in a more economical and efficient way
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as root cause analysis, time-motion studies, lead-time reduction, lean management etc
- Coordinate with external teams (e.g. Customer Service, Logistics) and implement the actions defined for operational excellence (e.g. On-time, On-budget, Maintenance, Low-defects, etc)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimally Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail and understanding on business implications
- Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.) and Microsoft Suite
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Role will be based in the Western Region of Singapore
