This administrative support role is responsible for managing front office operations and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor interactions professionally, including student care, parent enquiries, and vendor management.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.
  • Process daily administrative tasks including mail handling, document management, data entry, and general office organisation.
  • Maintain accurate digital records using Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance for school activities, especially during examination periods and special events.
  • Support school leadership by undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by Administration Managers, Vice-Principals, and the Principal.
