Operations Executive Role


Briefly, we seek an Operations Executive to expand our team and drive continued growth and strategic development. This role works closely with the reporting head and team members to execute service agreements at or above customer standards.

The successful candidate will be accountable for handling Sea, Air & Land shipments, documentation preparation, and working closely with the Sales Team to deliver exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with minimum 1-year operational experience in freight forwarding. Preferably, you should have specialized knowledge in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent, as well as freight forwarding experience and a thorough understanding of transport and logistics processes in at least Sea mode of transport.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and preferably Microsoft Outlook.
