Job Overview

This position involves delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of shipping documentation, effective communication skills, and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process full sets of shipping documents, including PSA/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet
  • Manage day-to-day operations and transactions in the forwarding area
