Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt and expert technical support to our trading teams. They will play a vital role in maintaining system uptime and minimizing disruptions to critical revenue-generating operations.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to a diverse trading floor environment
  • Maintain, support, and implement infrastructure solutions, including desktop hardware, software, phone systems, and IPC turrets
  • Deliver frontline support for both front and back office applications, including trading platforms and market data tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support role within the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of client/server architecture and network infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
