Trading Floor Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dependable support specialist to provide expert technical assistance to our trading teams. This high-pressure role demands top-tier technical expertise, composure under stress, and a deep understanding of the trading environment.

  • Deliver day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced, high-volume trading floor environment.
  • Maintain, support, and implement infrastructure solutions including desktop hardware, software, phone systems, and IPC turrets.
  • Provide frontline support for front and back office applications, including trading platforms and market data tools.
  • Work closely with engineering and application support teams to resolve issues.

Technical Environment Includes:

  • Windows 10, macOS
  • IPC Turrets, Cisco VoIP Phones
  • HP Desktops, Lenovo Laptops
  • Citrix / VDI
  • iPhones / iPads
  • Multi-Function Printers (MFPs)
  • Active Directory, SCCM, MobileIron

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Microsoft Windows certifications highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level desktop support in large enterprise environments.
