We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Shapoorji Pallonji Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Source, select, and onboard new employees to meet the company's growth needs.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees, while also managing the exit process for departing staff.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including resolving any issues related to overtime, allowances, and incentives.
- HR Advice and Support: Offer expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Possess a positive working attitude.
- A team player as well as able to work independently.
- Experience in e-Frontier system will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
