Account Development Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead key account development and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with customers and driving revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
- Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor account performance and address any gaps or issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in key account management, preferably in OTC or FMCG.
- Excellent commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
