Job Description
  • Co-ordinate leads and assign them to sales specialists
  • Support the sales team in their day-to-day activities
  • Provide key information to sales teams on prospective clients
  • Nurture client relationships and provide post-sale support
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to create tailored marketing materials
  • Carry out administrative tasks and any other tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience in sales coordination and/or customer support
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Basic marketing and content creation knowledge
  • Conversational Chinese skills
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice
  • New graduates welcome to apply
