Job Title: Regional Funding Partnerships Specialist

Job Description:

The Strategic Partnerships team plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to secure funding for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage partnership project timelines, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax) and external partners.
  • Work closely with product managers on project implementation, process design, and testing.
  • Collaborate with Operations to define standard procedures and workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance to optimize funding partnerships.
  • Manage live issues from partners and resolve them with internal teams.
  • Apply data-driven approaches to optimize funding allocation.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on partnership schemes and regulatory frameworks across SEA countries.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, IT, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience with data skills like SQL.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, with knowledge of lending products (credit cards, personal loans, fintech lending).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, independent, adaptable, and able to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
