Regional HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead regional HR operations in Asia. This role will involve overseeing HR functions across 9 subsidiaries, including recruitment, payroll, personnel management, promotions, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR departments across 9 subsidiaries in Asia to drive regional HR success.
- Facilitate communication between headquarters and regional offices on matters such as HR policy, system enhancements, and overall personnel management.
- Liaise between Korean HQ and regional offices in both English and Korean.
- Prior experience collaborating with global project teams or overseas subsidiaries is advantageous.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in HRM.
- Solid knowledge of HR performance analysis and operational processes.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to communicate insights effectively using data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
