About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager to join our team and drive growth and retention outcomes for a set of ~50 game developers. As a critical member of our Partner Growth team, you will be responsible for leading a set of game-developer partnerships end-to-end, from deal close to successful integration of our products into their games.

You will identify breakout games, guide developers through web3, and be the face of their partnership with Immutable. Your expertise will help us navigate the web3 gaming landscape, identifying opportunities, trends, and risks that will drive success for our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to mobilize game developers and scale Partner Growth best practices
  • Conduct regular assessments of your portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential accounts and assess risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ensure the successful integration of our products into our partners' games
  • Hold revenue responsibility for the accounts you own
  • Work cross-functionality, acting as the voice of the customer for internal Immutable teams
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a platform business with a consumption-based revenue model OR top-tier consulting
  • Deep curiosity and excitement for web3 gaming is a must-have
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in navigating fast-paced environments while effectively prioritizing competing demands
